SolDataBank ("SolDataBank inc," "we," "us," "our") take your privacy seriously and has developed this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain what we collect, use, and disclose information ('Information') from our users ("users" or "you") and how we use and share this information (sometimes called ?Personal Data? outside the U.S.). This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our websites, mobile websites, mobile applications, and any related services which you can find out about more in our Terms of Service ("Service(s)"). We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please review this Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services to stay informed of our information practices.
We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Users who subscribe to our Subscription Services are obligated through our agreements with them to comply with this Privacy Policy.
Registration Information
You are free to explore the Websites, with limited services, with only creating a nickname with password and give us a valid email, without providing any information about yourself. Whenever you visit the SolDatabank website, Soldatabank also receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your computer's or mobile device's operating system type and version, browser type and language, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and geographic areas derived from your IP address, SolDataBank cookie information, file information, time stamped logs regarding access times and duration of visits, the websites you visited before coming to SolDataBank websites, and other usage data relating to your activities on our Sites, including the pages you request. When you sell or register for the Membership or Subscription Service, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect additional navigational Information.
If you decide to sign up for SolDataBank using your Facebook/Google/Linkedin account, we will also get basic information from your profile like your name, gender, profile photo, friends and contacts.
When You Use our Mobile Application
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Apps on your mobile device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. In addition to information we collect on our Websites, when you use our Mobile Apps we may also collect your browser type, device type, model and version, OS version, geolocation data, Wi-Fi networking connection data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, time stamped logs regarding access times and duration of visits, and other information.
We send push notifications from time to time in order to update you about events or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may turn them off at the device level.
We may link information we store within the analytics software to Personal Information you submit within the Mobile App. We do this to improve services we offer you and improve our marketing, analytics and site functionality.
User Profile Information. When you join the SolDataBank community, you can create a SolDataBank Profile to share facts about yourself, and discover mutual friends and interests. Filling out a profile is optional, and you can share as little or as much as you want. Your name (and for Drivers, Profile photos) is always part of your Profile. You can also add a Business Profile to your account, which requires a designated business email address and payment method.
Payment Method.
When you make a purchase, we ask you to provide payment information, which may include payment card information (such as credit card number, type, and expiration date), and billing addres. Our third party payment processor, which is required by credit card issuers to meet specific security requirements, will collect, store, and process your credit card and other payment information on our behalf using industry-standard security measures. We do not store any payment card information.
Communications
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.
How We Protect Your Information
We employ physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information. We choose these safeguards based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, the Internet and the Services are not 100% secure so we cannot assure you that information we collect or store will be protected from all unauthorized access and thereby used in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
Linked Sites and Services.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or apps, including those of our partners and sponsors, whose information practices may be different from ours. Your use of a third party site or app may result in the collection, processing, or sharing of information about you, depending on the site or app. You may also connect to third party services to share your information on and through their social media platforms, websites, applications, and services through ?plug-ins,? widgets, buttons, and other third party features on and connected with our Sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites or services which may be linked on our services. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or services. Social Media Features
Our Websites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the Subscription Service or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information. We will delete this information from the servers at an earlier date if you so request. If a customer terminates its use of the Subscription Service, then we will provide customer with access to all information stored for the customer by the Subscription Service, including any Personal Information provided by you, for export by the customer according to our agreement with our customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the Subscription Service.
Opting Out and Unsubscribing (Reviewing, Correcting and Removing Your Personal Information)
Upon request SolDataBank will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information. If you provide us with your Personal Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information:

To review the user information that you have supplied to us
To request that we correct any errors, outdated information, or omissions in user information that you have supplied to us
To request that your user information not be used to contact you
To request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that we use
To request that your user information be deleted from our records
To opt out of being solicited by SolDataBank or third parties

Attention: We will respond to your request to change, correct, or delete your information within a reasonable timeframe and notify you of the action we have taken.
Children?s Privacy.
The Services are not designed for and are not marketed to minors. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors, and we do not knowingly allow such persons to use the Services. If you are a minor, please do not attempt to use the Services or send any information about yourself to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a minor, please contact us using the contact information below.
Compelled Disclosure
We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Information if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.
Jurisdiction and Cross-Border Transfer.
Our services are global and Data (including Personal Data) may be stored and processed in any country where we have operations or where we engage service providers, and we may transfer Data to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country. However, we will take measures to ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that Your Data remains protected to the standards described in this privacy policy. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Data.
