Whenever you visit the SolDatabank website, Soldatabank also receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your computer's or mobile device's operating system type and version, browser type and language, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and geographic areas derived from your IP address, SolDataBank cookie information, file information, time stamped logs regarding access times and duration of visits, the websites you visited before coming to SolDataBank websites, and other usage data relating to your activities on our Sites, including the pages you request. When you sell or register for the Membership or Subscription Service, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect additional navigational Information.
If you decide to sign up for SolDataBank using your Facebook/Google/Linkedin account, we will also get basic information from your profile like your name, gender, profile photo, friends and contacts.
When You Use our Mobile Application
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Apps on your mobile device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. In addition to information we collect on our Websites, when you use our Mobile Apps we may also collect your browser type, device type, model and version, OS version, geolocation data, Wi-Fi networking connection data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, time stamped logs regarding access times and duration of visits, and other information.
We send push notifications from time to time in order to update you about events or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may turn them off at the device level.
We may link information we store within the analytics software to Personal Information you submit within the Mobile App. We do this to improve services we offer you and improve our marketing, analytics and site functionality.
User Profile Information. When you join the SolDataBank community, you can create a SolDataBank Profile to share facts about yourself, and discover mutual friends and interests. Filling out a profile is optional, and you can share as little or as much as you want. Your name (and for Drivers, Profile photos) is always part of your Profile. You can also add a Business Profile to your account, which requires a designated business email address and payment method.
When you make a purchase, we ask you to provide payment information, which may include payment card information (such as credit card number, type, and expiration date), and billing addres. Our third party payment processor, which is required by credit card issuers to meet specific security requirements, will collect, store, and process your credit card and other payment information on our behalf using industry-standard security measures. We do not store any payment card information.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the Subscription Service or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information. We will delete this information from the servers at an earlier date if you so request. If a customer terminates its use of the Subscription Service, then we will provide customer with access to all information stored for the customer by the Subscription Service, including any Personal Information provided by you, for export by the customer according to our agreement with our customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the Subscription Service.
